This space lists the whole regulatory corpus of the OIV consisting primarily of OIV resolutions, which are official texts adopted by consensus by the General Assembly of Member States and available in the five languages of the Organisation.
In addition, definitions of vitivinicultural products as well as their labelling, oenological practices and specifications of oenological products may be accessed. Furthermore, some of the work of the OIV expert groups is available in the form of collective expert reports.
Texts are also published concerning methods of analysis and quality assurance in oenological laboratories, for the determination of the analytical composition of wines, musts and spirituous beverages of vitivinicultural origin and wine vinegars for inspection procedures.
Finally, statistical analyses in relation to vineyard surface area, production (fresh grapes, dried grapes, wine), trade and consumption are available.
